Who are we
Over Lab is an idea to migrate science and art together to understand and design processes, products, and procedures to create our craft chocolate up to standard and testy for our customers. We study all processes of chocolate making and match them with scientific processes (microbiology, chemistry) to make sure that we understand how each step work.
Where are we?
Over lab locate at Rayong province, 170 km away from Bangkok. 2 hours by car. We’re located in the old city Rayong which is the very first street in this province name “YOMJINDA” which is the family name of the first governor of Rayong
